DESCRIPTION
Gadavyt® MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride oil) are rapidly absorbed lipid molecules.
USES
Dietary food for use in the nutritional treatment of disorders that require an extra intake of calories, and have severe malabsorption or digestive intolerance to fats. Also indicated in ketogenic diets for epilepsy and those for metabolic disorders of the oxidation of long or very long chain fatty acids.
Lipid component of a modular enteral diet or as an energy supplement orally or by feeding tube, and in those clinical situations that present with severe malnutrition
– Inflammatory bowel disease: ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease – Cancerous cachexia due to chronic enteritis due to treatment Chemo and / or radiotherapy.
– Infectious medical pathology that involves severe malabsorption: AIDS.- Cystic fibrosis.
– Enterocutaneous low-output fistulas.

DIRECTIONS
Take one (15 mL) to two tablespoons (30 mL) daily can be consumed straight from the bottle or mixed with food or drinks.
WARNINGS
MCT may cause GI upset with vomiting and diarrheas, we recomend introduced slowly in the diet. To reduce these effects, take with food.
Consult a health professional if Children 3 years and older, diabetics, pregnant / nursing or if taking any medication.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature no higher than 30 ° C (86 ° F). Do not use if seal or cap is broken or violated. Once opened keep refrigerated for up to 28 days.
